Southwestern Yacht Clubs annual Cabrillo Series, sailed in the winter of 2023, will begin in January and with its newly designed courses, including longer courses for the faster boats, it will be bigger and better than ever before. Be sure to save the dates and enter now. These are great tuning and practice for both Cabo Race and Transpac.
Cabrillo I, January 14th - Coronado Islands Cabrillo II, January 28th - Sugarloaf Rock Cabrillo III, February 11th - Pt. Loma Waverider buoy Cabrillo IV, March 25th - Imperial Beach Waverider buoy
New in 2023 will be the longer courses for Cabrillo II and Cabrillo III for boats with PHRF ratings less than 95 and will include classes for PHRF, ORR, ORC Sport boats, and One Design.
