| Every four years the German youth championship classes have their own unique event: all classes meet in one place to hold the Combined International German Youth Championships. The Championships will probably be the biggest youth sailing event in Europe this year, with around 700 boats and 1.000 sailors competing. Kiel, with the experience of major sailing events such as Kiel Week, is the perfect place to stage a fanastic youth sailing festival in August. |
